What about relationships today… if there is something small that needs adjusting between you and someone you know today, what small thing could you do, or say, to start this change today? Perhaps it’s a kind text message to someone you miss, checking in on someone who has drifted away, or reminding someone in your household to do one of their chores before you step in and do it for them. Practice your acceptance of this situation first so that your emotions play only their proper part and don't completely take over, and then just do one small thing.
