About Me

What I enjoy most about Coaching is helping people see how powerful they are and that what they want is already within their grasp. What, on one day, can seem impossible can become achievable and natural with just a change in perception.

I have a background in recruitment and corporate work as well as a passion for horse as well as human psychology. I am a Level 5 qualified Life Coach, accredited with the SFEDI and International Coaching Federation and I am a certified Facilitator with the International Association of facilitators.  I have been coaching for over five years with people from all over the UK and from all walks of life - from housewives to international CEOs. My career has taken me all over the world and allowed me to do all kinds of things, but life coaching and divorce coaching is the most important and worthwhile thing I have ever done, so I'm looking forward to working with you and getting you from where you are to where you need to be
