Tuesdays FOMO - Action activity.

Today take 10 minutes to look around your house and make one small change. Perhaps that pile of coats has been in the corner for far too long, perhaps theres a job that you think will take you ages. If you have ten minutes today simply make a start on it. Only do 10 minutes if you think it will overwhelm you, and keep those chats in your brain quiet by repeating ""it's only ten minutes, it's only ten minutes"" Then stand back and practice Gratitude for what you have been able to achieve. I'll repeat that. Practice GRATITUDE for what you have been able to achieve. Thank yourself, thank the task, take a few deep breaths, and carry on with your day. What did you manage to achieve?
