Sometimes taking action is about 'an inside job' and involves a conversation or action for ourselves. Today why not stop scrolling for 10 minutes on your phone and do something like drink your next cup of tea or glass of water by paying attention to it completely? Or wrap up warm and stand outside for 10 minutes and just breathe in some fresh air. Ten minutes can be enough time to provide a bit of respite from our own thoughts and busy minds, so even doing a 10 minute meditation free on YouTube can be a big boost. What will you choose to do for yourself for 10 minutes today?
