Friday's FOMO - Action Activity Simple and quick one today. Try to 'do' nothing for ten minutes today. Not look at your phone, not watch TV, not check emails, not do the washing up. Sit. Down. And. Do. Nothing. But. Breathe. Set a timer if you need to, so that you don't pick your phone up to check the time. How was it for you (comment some time after your ten minutes is up!)"
